𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫, 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 & 𝐏𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐂𝐂𝐒)
-At least 15 years of experience in piping design and piping construction in Offshore facilities, or the like.
-Experienced in engineering, fabrication, pre-commissioning and commissioning of piping component.
- Experienced in high H2S and high CO2 gas contents including the design of CRA material i.e. Inconel
-Experienced in CO2 gas handling facilities is an advantage
𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 (𝐂𝐂𝐒)
- A strong background in process and flow assurance simulation is essential. The engineer must be conversant and fluent in Hysys and/orUniSim and/or Olga and/or Pipesim. As such, the engineer must be able to perform blow-down calculations, settle-out pressure from compressor systems and perform dynamic compressor studies.
- Experience in CO2 removal process and CO2 handling / transportation either engineering design or operation
- Have work experience on high H2S sour service for offshore or onshore operation and/or engineering design
𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐖𝐇𝐏
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Offshore Oil&Gas with minimum 10 years’ experience in Project management role with proven track record in FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPCIC, projects management & execution.
- Experiences as Company Site Representative and/or field engineer during Offshore construction for major project are preferable
𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫, 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥
- Offshore /Onshore experience
- Experienced in QA/QC in EPC, Commissioning and Plant startup
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Welding, Metallurgy/Corrosion Engineering or equivalent professional qualification in related fields.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in a similar role with minimum 10 years working experience in Major Oil & Gas Construction Onshore & Offshore Projects.
- Experience in developing Quality Management systems, Quality Assurance, work processes, best practices in large-scale Construction projects
- Certified by CSWIP 3.2 or AWS for Welding inspection
- Certified by CSWIP or PCN Level 2 for RT
- Certified by ASNT Level 2 for MT and PT
- Certified by NACE or equivalent recognized international organization for Painting inspector
- Strong knowledge in fabrication, welding and NDE techniques (RT, UT, MT & PT), external & internal surface preparation and protective coating techniques
- Strong knowledge and familiar with applicable Local and International Codes and Standards for Oil and Gas Industry.
- Familiar with PTTEP and/or PETRONAS EPC Projects or Operation and is a plus benefit.
