Urgent Requirement for Lead E&I Planning.
Education: any E&I Degree
15 years of total experience in maintenance and Planning of Instrument and electrical
equipment associated with the oil refining or Petro-Chemical industry, minimum 10
of which should have been in maintenance and turnaround in a Senior Management
capacity.
Manage and provide leadership for E & I Turnaround Planning Team.
Formulate, Develop, Implement professional Planning and Scheduling Techniques
to ensure lower downtime & higher plant availability
Provide coordination skills and promote interdisciplinary understanding to ensure smooth and flawless execution of works on plant facilities.
Develop, Maintain and Update Monthly Look Ahead and provide management
with a clear and detailed picture for the next 3, 6, 12 months
Develop, Enhance, Improve Planning and Scheduling work procedures.
Responsible for all internal Audit requirements including follow up and completion of Audit Recommendations
Maintain a database of all Planned outages of individual equipment for Knowledge
Management and Improvement of Maintenance Planning Techniques
