Permit Holder
1. More than five (5) years’ relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical Industry
in both greenfield and brownfield.
2. Should have previous experience as a low, medium, and high-risk permit holder in the Oil & Gas, Power, and Petrochemical Industry.
3. Able to effectively explain the hazards and control measures to the work party and see to it that the work party adheres to the controls.
4. Able to speak and understand the language of the people working under the permit to explain the safety controls stipulated in the work permit and the associated documents.
5. Must be able to speak and understand the English at IELTS level 5.5 or higher to converse with the client representatives on the work permit and the associated documents.
6. Capable to conduct toolbox talks, where the Permit Holder identifies and communicates the risks inherent in the activity, along with corresponding controls to the personnel responsible for executing the work.
7. Capable of ensuring that the work party understands the hazards and controls associated with the activity and the effectiveness of the implementation of the controls.
HSE Advisor
1. Responsible for inspecting and coaching staff on an HSSE aspect or area to ensure ‘Goal Zero’ is achieved within the company area of responsibility.
2. Must have more than 5 years of experience in maintenance work in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power generation industry.
3. Minimum 2 years in HSSE inspector position.
4. Must hold a relevant technical qualification at NVQ level 3 supplemented with certificates for a NEBOSCH General Certificate.
5. Must be able to read, write and speak English (IELT 4.5 or higher) and should be able to communicate with the majority manpower in their language.
6. Must have the ability to inspect the company’s HSSE capability indicator, expressed as a numeric value, for the purpose of calculating the company HSSE performance.
HSE Lead
1. Responsible for managing an HSSE aspect or area to ensure client HSSE vision is achieved within the company area of responsibility.
2. Must have more than 10 years of experience in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power generation industry, of which a minimum of 5 years in a maintenance position.
3. Minimum 2 years in HSSE lead position.
4. Must hold a NEBOSCH Diploma or an IOSH Graduate certificate or an essentially equivalent NVQ level 5 degree in HSSE, preferably with a technical qualification at NVQ level 3.
5. Must be able to read, write and speak English (IELT 5.5 or higher) and should be able to communicate with the majority manpower in their language.
6. Must be able to be supervising up to 7 HSSE Field Inspectors
