Responsibilities – EPC Planning & Scheduling
Development & Integration of Engineering, Procurement and Construction
Management plans & Schedules in Primavera (P6)
Ensuring safety, quality and efficiency are considered in the planning process to
guarantee results.
Dentify specific risks associated with executing planned activities.
Coordination among the different departments i.e. Client, Engineering, procurement,
Construction, Plant Equipment section, sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers for timely achievement of mile stones and deliverables as per the base line schedule.
