Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Land Drilling Rig Crew at KUWAIT DRILLING CO. K.S.C.C. in Ahmadi. The Land Drilling Rig Crew will operate and maintain drilling equipment, take safety measurements, and monitor the drilling process. They will also participate in drilling set-up and maintenance, equipment inventory, and troubleshooting problems that may arise.

- Senior Tool Pusher
- Night Tool Pusher
- Driller
- Senior Mechanic
- Senior Electrician
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in rig operation, including knowledge of drilling equipment (rotary rigs, top drive, etc.), rig functions, and rig maintenance.
- Previous experience in land drilling operations
- Proficient in understanding and following safety procedures, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in the fast-paced work environment.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
- Proficient in using computer applications and software relevant to the job.
- A technical degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
