HSE Officer- Offshore Oil Production
The Role:
-HSE Officer to assist line managers in implementing and supervising HSE issues in all activities on site.
-Monitor and compile site HSE statistical report, HSE weekly and other reports.
-Assist in implementation of HSE MS, 2nd and 3rd level procedures and roll out.
-Maintenance of HER register, Incident report, Lessons Learned databases and other associated records of the HSE Management System.
-Provide daily advice on HSE support and services to the line.
Applicant requirements:
-Minimum of 5 Years experience as HSE officer (either offshore or within oil and gas industries).
-Knowledge of oil, gas and marine regulations.
-Degree/ Diploma in Health & Safety.
-DOSH certification.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
-Good communication skills (verbal and written).
-The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
-Can demonstrate professional and personal ongoing development and/or learning.
-Ability to lead during incident investigation and tracking incidents for close out.
-DOE Competent person for Scheduled Wastes handling, DOSH certified for level 2 scaffolding and rigging/slinging training attendance would be beneficial.
-Familiarity with the preparation of documentations and bridging documents required by Company specification, JSA, HAZID and pre-job meeting before starting the works.
