I am looking to speak with Drilling Coaches for a long term project in Oman. The role will be to carry out coaching on Land Rigs covering Drilling, HSE, Technical and Leadership (Senior members of staff).
Candidates must have an IWCF Level 4 certificate, HSE Training and a Coaching/Training certification.
This project should last for 8 months on a 21/21 rotation.
