Job Description
Looking for a Chief Mechanic for our international client in Oil Field Service to be based in Oman.
Job Requirements:
Responsible for the safe operation, maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment on the rig and in the rig camp.
Qualifications/ Experience:
Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently under general supervision and the ability to exercise leadership and set a safe work example to junior personnel. Experience managing “big rigs” (2000 HP or higher). HPHT experience
Industrial Mechanics Certificate or equivalent, or has adequately demonstrated to a supervisor through on-the job experience the ability to competently and safely perform tasks as a Rig Mechanic.
Must have completed the company’s certification requirements.
