Company: Engineering Development Co. For Contracting Saudi Arabian owned General Contracting Establishment based at Riyadh Province, spanning over 3 decades of successful track record in delighting our clients by engaging in and fulfilling diverse challenging construction projects.
Job Description:
• Liase with engineers in producing CAD drawings.
• Making site surveys.
• Prepares and revises engineering drawings, details, sections and similar documents as required.
• Maintain CAD library.
• Prepares BOQ and other estimates .
• Reports to Project Manager/Engineer.
Skills Index:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering – CAD Diploma is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years experience in building construction sector, preferably at K.S.A or G.C.C Countries.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Calculations and familiarity with standard construction techniques.
• Completed certified course in drafting and CAD. Knowledge of 3D rendering and associated softwares is an added advantage.
• Must have a valid transferable Iqama.
• Must be available to join immediately.
