Job summary: The Project relates to the implementation on an EPC lump-sum basis of the New Units of Modernization and Reconstruction works for the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery in Azerbaijan. Commissioning Supervisor, COS executes the activities pertaining to the commissioning of an entire unit of the Plant. Operates in compliance with the quality requirements, health/environmental/safety regulations and following the stated procedures.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To develop the detailed commissioning procedures;
- To field check and prepare relevant Commissioning punch list;
- To assure that all Electrical, Instrumentation, Process/Operation, Mechanical, and Utilities Area (Nitrogen Generation, Air Dryers, Tank Farms, Water Treatment) works are duly performed in accordance with the stated procedures and in conformity with the safety rules;
- To organize and manage the Sub-Contractor works following the working and safety procedures;
- Support the Vendor specialists in the execution of the job and coordinate their actions with the Commissioning supervisors;
- Supervise the works of vendors’ specialists and ensure their efficient utilization;
