We have a requirement of:
Position Electrical/Instrument Technician
a) Educational Qualification: Diploma/ Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrical Engineering
b) Experience:
Minimum five (05) years’ experience in operation and maintenance support including preventive and corrective maintenance; skilled in the maintenance and overhaul of switchgear, motors, transformers, heaters and their associated controls, able to work with minimum supervision; capable of quickly diagnosing faults, troubleshooting, repairing and reporting them.
They should be familiar with testing of pressure, flow and level switches and transmitters and able to test/ calibrate various analyzers.
Electrical technicians shall be familiar with plant isolation procedures, lock-out and tagging procedures and plant permit to work procedures.
They shall be able to pass QP Competent Electrical Person certification and shall be responsible for Facility site electrical isolations. Staff selected for this position shall have good spoken, written and reading skills in English
