Our client is a global surface mount technology electronics equipment manufacturer or solution provider is seeking talented R&D ENGINEER, ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC and R&D SENIOR ENGINEER, MECHANICAL a permanent role to work in North Region of Singapore.
R&D Engineer, Electrical & Electronics
– Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Control Engineering
– Minimum of 3 years experience
– Knowledge in Automation and Machine Design
– Knowledge of SMT placements machines and manufacturing process of an electronic assembly in a SMT line
– Knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management Tools (PLM) and Engineering Change Process
R&D Senior Engineer, Mechanical
– Degree or Masters in Mechanical/ Mechantronics Engineering
– At least 5 – 8 years of working experience in mechanical engineering
– Strong Technical knowledge in Automation and Machine/ Mechanical Design
– Knowledge in SMT & PCBA Industry
– Proficient usage of 3D CAD design tools, Product Lifecycle Management (PLC) Tools.
