ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE) IRAQ
Rotation 28 days on and 28 days off
Purpose
Provide technical support to electrical/instrument section on trouble shooting, maintenance of assigned equipment in the field/coordinate with all supporting departments for reliable plant operations fulfilling the company targets in terms of technical performances/assist in developing electrical & instrument maintenance group and maintenance management system.
Experience/Qualifications Required
Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electronic or other applicable discipline from an accredited university.
8-10 years relevant experience in Electrical & Instrument systems design, installation and maintenance in refining, chemical process or power generation industries.
Work experience on HV/MV/LV power generation, transmission & distribution systems, protection relays induction motors and motor control centres, VFD, UPS systems and battery banks, WH Solar panel system, SCE Management, HVAC System, Hazardous area classified equipment, IEC standards.
Work experience on PLCs, SCADA, and F&G System in plant maintenance.
Must be experienced in instrument installations & maintenance in hazardous area.
Knowledge of international instrument and control system standards e.g., ISA, API, NFPA, etc.
Hand on experience in SIL, cause and effect verification, trouble shooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Good understanding of HSE processes and the practical implementation thereof.
Good knowledge of international standards and practices such as IEC etc.
Good understanding of contracts and its management
Good understanding of CMMS and its workflows/processes
Good understanding of Change Management Processes
Basic Project management, Turnaround Management, and execution skills.
Good knowledge of engineering design, maintenance, P&IDs, PFDs,
Able to work independently and multi-cultural environment
Problem solving and Decision-Making approach
Experience in recruitment and selection procedures with different sections.
Demonstrable experience in team development.
Clear fluent and expressive use of verbal and written English Language skill
Computer literacy (Outlook, MS-office, MS-project, CMMS).
Emergency Response & Safety Management System includes PTW, JSA / Risk Assessment & incident reporting
Experience on Instrumentation and controls of Gas Turbine or similar equipment.
