Job Title: Field Officer – HSE Reporting
Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe, 24 months
local person; no rotation
The officer shall submit HSSE report of the contractors performance and that of subcontractors during the performance of the work include Incident Triangle such as the cumulative total number of fatality, Lost Time Injury, Restricted Work Case, Medical Treatment Case, First Aid, near misses, Unsafe Action & Condition and hours worked.
The officer shall follow the requirements of the client accident and incident reporting and investigation procedure while on the client site, installation or license.
-Bachelor of Environmental Engineering
-7+ years of experience in O&G and petrochemical project.
-5+ years worked as HSSE Engineer in both refinery ISBL and OSBL (Inside & Outside Battery Limit) process units.
-Expertise in developing of EIA at site, Preparation and implementation of relevant site HSSE procedure, Hazardous waste management and control, Air pollution management and control, Noise management and control, Radioactive radiation management and control
