Alcoa will be launching our 2024 Apprenticeship Program recruitment campaign on Tuesday 20 June 2023, aimed at providing secondary students, who have completed a minimum of year 10, an opportunity to develop a diverse range of skills through our four-year structured practical and theoretical program that will lead to a nationally recognized trade certificate.
Available opportunities commencing in early January 2024 across our WA Bauxite Mining and Alumina Refining operations include the following trade categories:
Mechanical Fitter
Fitter Machinist
Fabricator / Welder
Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic
Industrial Electrical Instrumentation Technician
