Maintenance Supervisor
Dette er en onshore stilling på vårt kontor i Stavanger .
- Higher technical education, relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
- Good oral and written English and Norwegian skills are required.
DUTIES/TASKS
- Ensure that the relevant assets comply with applicable rules, regulations, company and industrial standards.
- Responsible for budget development, cost tracking and financial reporting.
- Responsible for accuracy and quality of maintenance planning, reporting and cost control.
- Responsible for seeking cost effective solutions for maintenance & projects without compromising on safety or quality.
- Co-ordinate & manage 3rd party contractors and their deliverables to ensure efficient execution of rig activities.
- Lead & participate in maintenance audits, including offshore visits as required.
- Facilitate client Technical Authority approval as required
- Undertake field visits and make recommendations accordingly to ensure maintenance and repair procedures are in place and actively carried out.
- Continually seek to improve the services provided by the Maintenance group to both internal and external clients.
- Oversee onshore overhauls and repair of equipment.
- Ensure the effective planning and execution of maintenance activities to minimise impact on drilling operations.
- Ensure that all equipment repairs are carried out in a cost effective and safe manner.
- Develop Maintenance Supervisors and ensure they are developing their maintenance teams.
- Performance management of personnel.
- Assist in the provision of technical training on all equipment maintenance to onshore and offshore staff as required.
- Ensure that Odfjell Drilling and Client Management Systems procedures and policies are followed.
- Liaise with the client, Engineering and rig personnel for upgrades and projects as required.
- Liaise with Operational Rig Managers on Performance improvements and lessons learned.
- Work with HR department in the selection and recruitment of maintenance personnel to include training and succession planning

- Promote collaborative relationships with client asset planning and client’s other key contractors.

- Contribute to recommend improvements, as well as record discrepancies with suggestions for corrective measures
