Engineer

Lab Technician

As a Lab Technician at NESR, you will perform quality tests on products and prepare laboratory reports in compliance with QHSE policies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring lab equipment are calibrated and operational
  • Maintaining all preventive maintenance records
  • Ensuring the databases of all lab reports are updated
  • Training and developing junior lab technicians
  • Performing tests to verify fluids design for assigned service lines
  • Performing non-routine testing for critical wells in cementing, acid stimulation and hydraulic fracturing
  • Proposing proper solutions and fit-for-purpose lab designs to solve client challenges
  • Preparing test schedules, summaries, analysis sheets and computer-generated reports
  • Performing product quality assurance/quality control tests

Supervisor

As a Supervisor at NESR, you will be able to plan, organize, and perform jobs to ensure uninterrupted operations and maintain equipment and materials in excellent conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing work schedules for jobs to be performed with regards to equipment, products and people
  • Ensuring that manpower, equipment, and materials are available as required by clients
  • Executing successful jobs according to client specifications
  • Supervising the maintenance of assigned job equipment
  • Training and developing employees to operate according to NESR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring field service reports and tickets are prepared in a timely manner and that SQ or HSE challenges are managed and reported as per NESR policies and procedures

Instrumentation Technician

As an Instrumentation Technician at NESR, you will ensure the smooth functioning and maintenance of electronic instruments in the field. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out calibration and maintenance work on a range of electronic field instruments, software and data acquisition systems in onshore & offshore activities
  • Ensuring the safety of crew members and operations in compliance with NESR’s QHSE policies
  • Ensuring smooth operation of all electronic equipment in assigned business lines and departments

Mechanic Technician

As a Mechanic Technician at NESR, you will perform complex repairs and maintain product line equipment according to NESR quality and safety standards. You will also assist supervisory personnel with maintenance training requirements and managerial tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Repairing equipment and maintaining auxiliary items of equipment
  • Conducting preventative maintenance plans for all assets on location to ensure flowless operations
  • Performing periodic maintenance checks on all assigned service line equipment and documenting all checks performed for company records using company maintenance software
  • Training and developing mechanical and service technicians, field specialists and engineers

Operator

As an Operator at NESR, you will maintain and operate all equipment related to your assigned service line. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Spotting equipment into position; rigging up treating lines, hoses, trucks, and tanks
  • Handling chemicals safety, blending and preparing chemicals for mixing and pumping according to established procedures
  • Running the assigned service line equipment effectively and safely
  • Operating and troubleshooting the acquisition system
  • Performing level-I maintenance on all assigned service line equipment
  • Correcting equipment malfunctions and reporting challenges to service supervisors
