OPERATIONS ADVISOR (REFINERY/CHEMICAL PLANT)
Provide high level of Operational advice/support to refinery/chemical plant in various items
Ass. OMR/Refinery Manager to run refinery/chemical plant safely/reliably/efficiently by implementing Operational Excellence program which will encompasses HSSE/Reliability/Maintenance of plant/staff engagement/development/projects/continuous improvement/margins/cost optimization/turnaround practices
Drive business plan for the refinery
Provide ass. with Corporate issues raised by other Departments such as Marketing/Corporate Planning/Strategy/New Ventures
Provide ass. with major issues between Departments within Refining Ops
Coordinate with Refinery Department Managers on management improvement initiatives
Ass. with new development projects
15 years experience with proficiency in number of areas of refinery/chemicals industry with 12 years in snr technical or manager role
Proven knowledge of maintenance activities from planning to execution/to deliver safe/reliable operations efficiently
Computer literate with proven skills in relevant software
BEng/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering/Business
Experience Int Oil Company/National Oil Company
Fluent spoken/written English
