QA/QC Engineers Doha Experience: 8-10 years – Heavy Steel erection experience is mandatory Qualification & Certifications Graduate Mechanical Engineer (Gulf exp. mandatory) CSWIP 3.1 ASNT NDT Level III Responsibilities Preparation of ITP, WSP, WPQR, Procedure, RAMS, KPI etc. Preparation & review of material submittals & Subcontractor PQ submittals. Raising daily inspections Implementation of QMS, ISO requirements On inspections (Dimension Inspections, Fit-up Inspections, Welding Inspections, Non-Destructive Testing ,Material Receiving Inspections , Alignment Inspections, Bolt Tightening Inspections, survey inspections, Painting & Coating Inspections, Fireproofing Inspections, pre-assembly inspection, bolt stressing & torqueing inspections etc.) Preparation of Quality records & reports and maintaining logs Perform audits follow through/prevent NCR Attend meetings with consultant/clients etc. Train personnel involved in QA/QC tasks.
