Responsible for line pipe manufacturing and coordination for PDO Responsible for Project Quality plan, internal and vendor audits, CNCR and CAR Resolution
Performing monitoring vendor/ subcontractor inspection and test plans relating to construction and pre-commissioning activities on site. Monitoring vendor /subcontractor quality control systems to determine where improvements are needed and recommended action if required. Monitoring the activities of subcontractors QC organization through their QC supervision.
Reviewing and ensuring that subcontractor material receiving reports (MRR) and associated overage, shortage and damage (OS&D) reports are prepared correctly and signed off as an item closed.
Compiling and maintaining and review all required Quality Verification Documents
