Job Description:
Design and preplanning of the scaffold induding weight limhations, scaffold !ype, fall protection, tie-offs,
supports, etc.
Final inspection of the scaffold poor to initial occupation for use
Scaffold Design Drawings
Design Calculations, Coding and Estimation.
Design Risk Assessments
As-built surveys and record making
Inspect and assess the condition of the scaffolding material and reject damaged, defective and
substandard material.
Provide advice on the suitability of spedalized scaffolds supplied by contracting companies to meet the
health and safety
Overseeing the erecUon of the scaffolding
Provides technical advice on scaffolding works and participate in work requiHng higher level skills
Final inspection ofthe scaffold poor to initial occupation for use
3D Scaffold Imagery, BIM design modeling and development for presentation purposes

Qualifications / Exper.igncej
Bachelors Degree in Civil EngineeHng
Scaffolding CerHficate by a certified international or legal Safety training centers
At least 8 yea expeience in Scaffolding design for ConstrucUon Projects and HSE
Knowledge of international or legal safety legislation.
Knowledge of auditnnspection techniques and procedures.
ExpeHence associated with a construction project.
Ability to calculate the volume of materials required to scaffold a woA location
Ability to design scaffold structures for spectnc purposes and issue guidelines for their use
