1- Operation and Process Trainers
2- Mechanical Trainers
3- Electrical Trainers
4- Instrument Trainers
Location: Iraq
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
1- Operation and Process Trainers:
Design and deliver training programs related to operational and process aspects.
Provide hands-on training for operational excellence in the industry.
2-Mechanical Trainers:
Develop and conduct training sessions focused on mechanical engineering principles.
Ensure effective transfer of knowledge related to mechanical systems and equipment.
3- Electrical Trainers:
Design and implement training modules covering electrical systems and technologies.
Facilitate hands-on training sessions for electrical engineering practices.
4- Instrument Trainers:
Develop training materials and programs for instrumentation and control systems.
Conduct practical training sessions on instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
* A bachelor’s degree in chemical, petroleum engineering, or another equivalent technical degree.
* A minimum of 15 years of experience in the technical area of the Refining, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 25 years without a bachelor’s degree.
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development within the industry.
* Certified Assessor or SQA L&D11 certificates.
Key Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
Expertise in the specific technical area of training.
